What I learnt from Reza is that every building or house belong to a certain category and there is no way you can bargain for gold with the price of silver. You pay for what you get.
However I was looking out for the best deal, and for my budget there were few choices. And it all materialized via a distress sale. Reza is good in identifying properties or sellers who are under stress to sell their properties and make a good deal out of it.
