(September 24, 2015, 2:59 pm)Ron's teaching style is structured and builds skills from the ground up. I've trained with Ron for years and have always found it to be a fun and friendly environment. Everything is hands on with a focus on practicality, physicality and sport. I've trained in other clubs in other cities, but I've never found any where else that's provided me the same level of enjoyment.

He's patient, eager to teach you everything that he knows and he has ZERO attitude.
I wasn't expecting so much energy, patience, and knowledge in a short period of time.
