We were at the point of panic as our 3-person business was growing, and we were not wanting the complexities of hiring more staff. Seller Interactive was the perfect fit to take over many of my roles so that I could focus on other areas, including my family and even free time. We got off to a rocky start seeing a steep decline in sales, but within 4 months things started really taking off. Vanessa, our exceptional account manager has so much insight into how Amazon works. She is a delight to work with, providing regular updates on how our account is performing and always clears with me any listing changes before proceeding. The listing ideas, wording, images, etc. are really creative and effective. She and her team manage our 9 Amazon countries very capably concerning all things for growth, always protecting the “bottom line”. I must say that it was helpful that I had most everything in place for them to take to the next levels. I wish I was contacted by SI when I just started my FBA business. I could have avoided a lot of expensive mistakes!
