Rock is phenomenal when it comes to helping others. He's a really good person and always tries to help save time & money by addressing what needs to be done first.

He also provides advice on upcoming maintenance and part preference based on experience. Informs me when an aftermarket works better or when OEM is only a few buck more to get.

On a Saturday afternoon last January, while taking my mom shopping and running errands in the GTA, my front brakes suddenly started making a loud squealing sound when applied. I knew right away the front disc pads had to be changed and fast. I pulled over somewhere and started calling around just after noon. If a garage wasn't closed, it was too busy to take on a job. I finally reached Sincere Auto Service and spoke to a guy named "Rock." What a cool and pleasant guy! He said if I can get my car at his garage in 15 mins, he'd do the job. He even told me which part(s) to buy, how much he would charge and an approximate time of completion. I arrived at his garage, and in an amazing 45 mins, I had a new set of front brakes. Amazing crew. Highly recommended.
