Starbucks

I’m writing with my sincere appreciation to the store manager and staff. I visited this shop couple of days ago, asking them if I can purchase a few cups from them as we are hosting a family party, using the Starbucks capsule pikes. The girl said they don’t sell their cups, but offered to ask their store manager. Their store manager is a very modest and courtesy Asian girl, she greets every one of their customers. She said I can have a few cups for free. I spent under 3 dollars for a grande pike, but was given 5 cups for free, being put in a nice Starbucks paper bag... what an impressive experience! I thanked the their store manager, she made a bow and replied with a sweet smile. I honestly don’t mind paying, but what impressed me wasn’t the free cups, but really the whole experience. I shared this story with everyone who used these cups, I wish they all pay a visit there sooner or later!

I went there to get my breakfast around 8:30 am but took so long even there's only 3 customers lined up with social distancing. Reason: I could see lots of customers came in to pick up their online orders.
No indoor seating (which I was surprised!) yet but outdoor seatings (there's around 4-5 tables @ the patio) is is available. Not too packed in the morning.
Service is totally fine even I received a wrong order (I don't blame them since we talk when put the mask on which sometimes hard to hear clearly), but one of the staff rolled down the mask under the nose area.

p.s. 1/ Be extremely patience when place an order in person especially during rush hours and weekends.
2/ Write down the orders and pass it to baristas (which I might do that on next visit so that's minimize the chance of getting wrong order!)
3/ We (include staff) all need more time to breathe out from the mask on!

Yummy trip to Starbucks this morning picked up some snacks and my bday drink. Thanks to the awesome friendly staff.
