I had such careful and committed service at every step of my purchase .... and then some...from Jaqueline at Studio 22 Interiors. Although my purchase was of two ceramic vases and not a larger piece, she couldn't have been more gracious in sending emails and photos to help me make my choices. Shipping them to Florida was done with grace and, when one arrived broken, she made the refund transaction with charm and efficiency. Such personal service for an email transaction is rare and very much appreciated.

The sales associate Jacqueline who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable and shows grace under pressure...lovely to work with.
