Home Depot needs more associates like Desmond working for them, and really need to work harder at sifting out the ones who are disrespectful and flippant. We admire and appreciate his dedication towards customer satisfaction.

While another associate showed disregard and negative attitude regarding why our shopping cart of merchandise got restocked, Desmond, without a second thought, immediately inquired what items we had in our shopping cart, and swiftly went to the aisle and brought it back for us at the cashier.

Went in to by a single 10' long 4x4" post. Their table saw machine was out of service, so I asked an employee if there's any way to cut the post in half (two 5' long pieces) since I drove a small car. He told me there's nothing he can do. So I asked if there was a hand saw i could borrow - thought I'd just do it myself if he can't help me. After 15 minutes of sawing, the blade wouldn't cut anymore.

Talked to another employee (Hussein) which did all he could to help me, unlike the previous employee. He took me to the rental tool area and used a sabre saw to cut it for me. Great, friendly, helpful. Made it his mission to help me.

Depending on who you get, you may have a negative experience or a positive one. Thank you, Hussein!

Home Depot offers a variety of garden supplies. There are choices of garden tools and on spring and summer, a variety of plants, grass sods, soil, garden bricks, garden ornaments, and sheds. Returned items are not a big fuss in this branch. Customer service is great. You have to be an early bird here in early spring when they start selling plants or nothing is left for you.
