Tyler, Gavin and Nadia, thank you so much for transforming my mother's engagement ring into something I can wear daily, it was incredibly emotional to see the piece in its new form and know that every time I look at the ring I will be thinking of my Mom who I miss dearly. Your work on my other jewelry was fantastic and nice to have them back in pristine condition, highly recommend this business, so personable and incredible customer service!

I got involved with Tyler and Cerelli Jewellers when I needed to get a couple of my rings done. Tyler and crew were able to take the pictures I provided them and make exact replicas of the rings I wanted. They listened and communicated well. We had a few face to face meetings with many emails in between. I depended on their expert opinion for many things They were exceptional at explaining processes and why certain decisions made sense vs not making sense. I never once felt that I was an inconvenience to them and they were more than happy to spend as much time as needed to have all my questions and concerns answered. They even stayed open late or opened on the weekends to accomodate my schedule. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I lost the stone from my wedding ring and decided to put through insurance to get replaced. My insurance company used Cerelli to determine the value of my ring. From the very start Tyler has been very informative, kept my in the loop every step of the way. He sent me different pics of stone sizes and quality to choose from. The moment I decided that Cerelli was the jeweler I was going to use has been a great experience all the way through the process. Even down to getting my ring couriered and making sure it was sent back in a very timely fashion.
Everyone I dealt with at Cerelli has been very friendly and experienced and caring.

Gavin was amazing to work with! We were looking to buy wedding bands. He was extremely patient and had explained to us in detail on how diamonds are evaluated and showed us how to look into a diamond. During the ring design process he carefully described the different setting types and produced waxed models for us to get an idea on what the final product would look like. He also understood this was a big purchase and did not push us at all. He kept us updated while the product was being made. We were more than happy with the final product and had a great experience.I am so glad I met Gavin. We would definitely come back for any future purchases!

I recently lost the diamond in my engagement ring. We were advised to use Cerelli jewellers by our insurance co. We were blessed to meet Tyler to replace the diamond. They also reinforced all the diamonds. Tyler picked up and delivered my ring which came back looking beautiful. If we need anything else we will definitely call Tyler. Our rating is a ten.
