Tom was professional and did more than was called in for. He secured the dishwasher in place (a long time issue), fixed the hinge and electrical connection and was expedient and efficient. He even came earlier than planned. Thank you Tom and Cooperfix.

Very professional and responsive phone call service, also when repairman was arrived. Tom, the person who arrived was professional and very personable. Tom was able to fix the problem within half an hour and provide quick inspection on how to properly maintain front loader washing machine to avoid future issues.
