This was a godsend for me. I needed to loose weight for my health. I have so far lost 50 lbs in 3 months. I went from 6 medications to 2 in that time for my diabetes. I feel good!! Still 40 lbs more to go but I know it will not be a problem. You must stick to the diet but it becomes a new way to treat food.

Yo por muchos años estaba sobre peso .. Me costaba mucho mantenerme en forma. Y tenía muchos problemas de salud . Mi doctor me envió donde el doctor Poon.y fue algo genial. Me cambio la vida . Yo pensé que sería muy difícil y volvería a subir de peso ,como siempre pero, no fue asi. Me enseñaron una nueva manera de comer. , y después de varios meses he quedado en el peso ideal y lo he mantenido . Lo único que pienso es..por qué no lo hize antes .... Muchas gracias .

I was a patient for a year. The metabolic diet certainly helped while I was on it. Dr. Poon is insistent on strict adherence to the diet or you may find yourself out. (Tough love, I suppose.)
