I had a MRI done at the Thornhill location. The Receptionist was very friendly, professional and helpful. The Radiologist made me feel comfortable as this was my 1st MRI. He was professional and sent my results back to my Doctor quickly with a thorough diagnosis. The Centre itself was clean and as far as I saw was following all necessary Covid-19 precautions. I had read the reviews prior to my appointment which made me feel unnerved due to the numerous bad reviews. I'm guessing they read them too since I didn't experience any issues during my appointment. They also sent me an email of my appointment time etc and all necessary information regarding my particular test which was helpful. I would recommend them based upon my singular experience as it was overall very good.

Went smoothly...first time MRI. In and out quickly. Technician was fine. If I ran the place I would ask the receptionist to dress more professionally. It is a medical place...wear what you want and put a lab coat on..sweatshirt does not reflect well on your business and remember I gave my experience five stars so not being critical just honest.

I've been there twice. Both times were great. They were fast, kind and professional. I've had a lot of MRIs at hospitals and KMH is much better. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the waiting room outside the MRI is a bit shabby - nothing to complain about, just not a 5 star experience.
