Ted did a wonderful job resuscitating a Kenmore by sourcing parts (a challenge now that Sears is gone!). Service is fast and professional. Highly recommended.

Whether it's a clogged vacuum, filters or a repair at home of the built in vacuum system this company is amazing. Owners are very polite and professional. I am very pleased with the services and would never go to another vacuum store. I wish I would have known this place before, it would have saved a lot of time and frustration. Wotta find, a real old fashioned repair shop with parts and vacuums hanging all over the place, All about fixing what you have instead of selling you a nice all-plastic knockoff from China. (My wife purchased at Walmart a $39 "complete" cannister and the second day we had it, the hose literally melted because it was too close to the radiator). Took in an old Hoover upright with a missing hose and the owner found a used but workable replacement in the back. "You're never going to find a new one," he said, and I said all I care is that it works. Highly recommended
