(March 31, 2022, 11:40 pm)Yikes! Buying a new construction from these guys has been a disappointment. Everything is "not under warranty" . For God's sake the exhaust fan is not warrantable?! Lol it's normal for them to have the glasses fog up in the bathroom...
There were zero amenities available yet we were charged FULL condo fees.
They are definitely not a "leads building". I wouldn't want any other builders following Vanguards lead.
Also another atrocious thing here is the way guest parking works, there are only 13 visitor parking spots for a building with around 30 floors of residential condos. Everything is blocked off for "commercial parking" - make it make sense.
Adjusted the rating for the good people that work around the building including the concierge, cleaners and the service people.
