Mike will come to your home, work with you on your specific goals, and push you to be your best. He looks at your overall health and also works with any limitations you may have. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with him!
Mike is a fantastic personal trainer who helped me achieve my goals. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! Two thumbs up! Mike is great, taught me a lot about exercising for my body type and pushed me past my comfort zone which is exactly what I needed to reach my fitness goals. He’s fun, yet professional and knowing his background working the elderly, I referred him to my grandparents after my grandmother had a fall and couldn’t get herself back up. He trained both of them and helped them build the strength & confidence they needed to live their best lives! Forever grateful for his help! Would recommend him to anyone, young or elderly, who is looking to build strength, lose weight or just improve their overall heath. 😊
I started working with Mike about six months ago. All of our sessions have been through zoom. I didn’t need too much equipment to get started and over the months he’s suggested what I should invest in. Even in a short time frame I’ve been very happy with the results. The workouts are challenging but not to the point they are impossible or discouraging; I always feel a sense of accomplishment. He also gives me plans to do on off days tailored to wherever I am (for example, taking advantage of gym equipment when I was travelling, or using only bands when I had no access to free weights or other equipment). I’ve been really happy and motivated working with Mike.
I have been improving my fitness and activity levels with Mike for almost 1 year. Over the year, I have noticed vast improvements in my stamina, breathing and overall tone. Throughout, Mike has been professional, punctual and easy to work with.
Since the pandemic began, we have been meeting virtually over Zoom with no issue. He easily explains each exercise and how to best complete each circuit, often with the help of a video or by doing the exercise himself on camera. He motivates but also listens to and understands my body's needs. He always manages to meet the requirements of my schedule by working flexibly with my changing needs. To begin exercising with Mike, I did not require extensive equipment, and he made suitable suggestions on purchases over time. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their stamina, health and activity levels.
