A lot of amenities are currently closed for obvious reasons, but it was a very comfortable room and the staff were very accommodating. Steps away from a good chinese restaurant.
Room was tidy and in good shape. No bathroom fan which is weird and steams everything up when showering. Has a small kitchenette with cutlery, pots, pans etc. They have a borrowing program for blenders and rice cookers etc which is pretty cool. Staff have been outstanding! Super friendly, accomodating and attentive. As they had availability they allowed us to check out of our room an hour and a half late without a fee. Very thankful for that. Their complimentary breakfasts aren't amazing but do the job and have a small variety such as waffles, bagels, oatmeal and cereal etc. The lounge downstairs does breakfast that you have to pay for... the menu looked small but delicious. We were staying a week for medical care from out of Province and they made a difficult trip much easier for us. We didn't use the spa they have onsite but if you are interested in pedicures, massages and facials they have very reasonable rates. There's very little in the neighborhood. It's pretty industrial just so you know in advance as we didn't know the area at all. Best to rent a car if you're looking to explore as there's not much that's walking distance and it's about 20 min to Downtown. There is a pub a block or so away with decent food... Particularly their avocado tacos that we enjoyed 3 nights lol. The manager also left us a nice fruit bowl in our room when we checked in which was a lovely gesture. I'd highly recommend this hotel and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be booking here.
When we were in Shanghai , we paid for Western Cuisine. Now, we are paying for Peking roast duck so much! But the flavor is super!
It's nice. Rooms have a kitchenette. Everything is clean and in good shape. Free breakfast. Not luxurious but nice and functional.
