TRAPPED Escape Room Toronto Markham

Had an amazing time at Trapped last weekend! It was our fourth time and we tried a new room which is a level 2 and OMG it was so much fun! Very hard but so worth it. The staff is very nice and helpful and made our experience even better. Thanks Trapped, we will be back!

Had lots of on date night solving the puzzles in the Death Note room. The puzzles were challenging but not so much that we couldn't do it in an hour. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very clever when we escaped the room.

Had fun!
There have one room that's doable as a couple. Bring more friends if you wanna try the other ones.
I give it 5 stars because we beat it. Would be 1 star if we didn't. 😁
Seriously, the staff were all very nice and fully explained what was going to happen and what not to do. I'd have to find some friends now to try the other rooms.

Our group tried 2 different escape room company’s on the same night. I can promise you, trapped was the best. The rooms are realistic and all the challenges work how they are supposed to. The service is also great and thorough. We will definitely be back to try their other rooms in the near future.

The staff member who greeted us was extremely friendly and caring (unfortunately don't remember his name). We did the Death Note room and found it very well made. We were a group of 2 and we barely managed to solve the puzzles within the allotted time (but still succeeded nonetheless). The rooms puzzles were tricky at times, but they weren't random like some other escape rooms can be; everything was connected and cohesive. Definitely looking forward to visiting again because of great customer service, excellent room design, and an overall enjoyable experience that will definitely be remembered.
