The staff here are amazing! My Mom is in Victoria Square and much of the staff have been the same for the 13 yrs she's been there.The staff engage with their clients and truly give compassionate care and have excellent assessment skills.They are very prompt in reporting changes in condition and treatment is prompt.Excellent communication between staff and family. Food is excellent and the facility is kept spotlessly cleanTheir infection control procedures were carried out extremely well and minimized residents exposure to Covid for
which we are extremely grateful.
Also their Activation staff have been consistently excellent even before they had to add virtual appointments to their duties.!

Union Villa is a long-term care facility with capacity to accommodate 160 residents in single and double rooms in a three storey building.

Their staff provides compassionate caregiving to the residents. The interior space is clean and well-maintained.

A variety of activities and programs are utilzied to keep residences and their family engaged and connected.

Union Villa is a great place to have your beloved one live at. The building is fairly new with lots of big windows. It is neat, always clean and fresh. You often see fresh flowers at every corner. The activities and services provided are more than excellent. And above all the staff is incredibly delightful. They are extremely friendly, very professional, and helpful. They respond promptly to your concerns and are very compassionate. I have watched them treating their residence with love and care all the time. I would recommend this place 100%.
