Our girls have been coming to this clinic for the past 3 years and have been enjoying their experience there. It's set up for a positive and friendly environment for children. Would give 5 stars but they do charge more than our benefits plan allow.
Perfect place for your child. After visiting Dr Bhalla, my child started to brush her teeth properly everyday. In each visit to the clinic, my child just enjoys /have fun time while her teeth is getting cleaned and examined. This is the only doctor office which she feels like s as home and enjoys. So if you have child, then Dr Bhalla is the best dentist your child.
It is the best place to take your children. The staff
Is kind and patient. Kim is so amazing. You get a warm kind smile as soon as you walk in the door. I have two sons with special needs and she is amazing with them. They respond to her kindness and it makes visiting the dentist a wonderful experience. Thank you Kim the world needs more people like you!. Dr. Bhalla is so kind patient and is so personable. And the hygienists were meant to what they are doing. They are so soft and gentle and so friendly with the children. My children love going to the dentist all because of children's dentistry.
Thank you again.
My 5 year-old had a simple tooth extraction and was very nervous about it. Dr. Wang made her feel so comfortable and talked her through each step. She was so happy to have a tooth to give to the tooth fairy!
I normally love going here. My experiences with the dentists as well as the receptionist Kim have been nothing but positive in many ways. However I had one disappointing experience the last time I was there. The hygienist was trying to get xrays done with my 5 year old son. She promised him 2 toys from their selection if he cooperated. My son really did his best even though it was clearly very difficult for him. She told him not to cry and to be a big, brave, strong boy (stop telling little boys this) The one pic they tried to get did not come out and he was unable to complete the second because he was gagging so much. But he tried, he really tried. By the time she tried to paint the flouride on his teeth, he had had enough and jumped out of the chair. He was so upset and refused any more, it was clear he had had enough. When it was time for him to pick a toy, she only allowed him one and not the 2 she had promised him. She was clearly frustrated and it was my personal observation that this was why she denied him the second toy. This will definitely affect his willingness to go back and a sure way to make him feel shame even though he did his best. This was very disappointing as it is a children's dental office. If one does not have the patience or desire to work with children, they should not choose to be there. Otherwise I have had great experiences here and have not decided to change our dentist at this point as I'm hoping this is just a "one-off".
