Global Pet Foods

This Global Pet Foods is awesome. It makes up for the smaller size by having arguably the best customer experience around most of Toronto! I have a very high bar and high expectations. The staff don't just do the obligatory hello like most other stores. Their friendliness is awesome !

Winston the dog absolutely loves visiting Global pet foods. They have everything your fur friend needs! He especially likes the dog peanut butter cups and cookies. The staff here are very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our pup is treated so well here and he gets excited once he sees the parking lot. This store is fantastic,! Woof woof, paws up!

They have fancy pet food and fancy toys! Price is high as well, but my super picky dog who doesn’t eat any dog food ate this new one I bought right away. The staff is friendly as well.

The staff are always friendly and always offer to carry our bags of dog food to the car. They make helpful suggestions and there’s also buy x and get one free for different types of brands for the food. We’ve been a long time loyal customer and always stop by to see what’s new in the shops be it treats or toys. The only complaint I have is that there’s the dim sum next door and they always take the parking spots. They really need to reserve some spots for the store and the vet next door.

SO HELPFUL and every over the phone! The whole team is dedicated to offer their experience and help for all pet owners! I global pet foods are my go to but this location really goes above and beyond. TY for your great customer service.
