(March 5, 2020, 3:56 pm)HK Hair design has been in business for longer than I've been alive. They offer cheap cuts. There is only 1 consistent and decent barber there now that so many have come and gone.
The cleanliness is low. The place is quite run down but you get what you pay for. It's around $10 for a cut for men.
