She was very professional and was good at communicating all the steps involved throughout the dental appointment, whether it was teeth cleaning or taking x-rays. It was easy to book an appointment over the phone (they're closed on Tuesdays) although I wish they accepted credit or debit (only cash or cheques at this time). Dr. Cheung is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Highly recommend.
