I was at the clinic without an appointment. Yvonne was kind enough to take me in and was extremely helpful in helping me with the problems I had with the Dream Machine. She provided the service with a smile. I must say any organization will be lucky to have her services. Such helpful employees are hard to come by these days.

They have been amazing!! The overnight procedure is a little different and I had a hard time with it at first. BUT the results got me the machine and it was put at a level that will now let me sleep all night without snorting and waking up. Please, everyone of you who are waking up constantly during the night, know that there are machines and masks that you can get that will prevent it and make you feel alive in the mornings. Thanks so much.

I had issues with my mask. Yvonne Hong answered all my concerns very patiently. She gave me a replacement mask, tried and tested it on me. My sleep is now back to normal. Special thanks to her care.
