Unionville Library

Not the best library, very average. Computers are so outdated that opening simple documents isn't possible. They don't have any version of something as BASIC as word. Book selection is very limited, and they have gotten rid of excellent book series. Library appears dull, lighting is bad.

Cozy place with friendly staff. It feels good to sit in there at night, and stay for a while. Not too loud as long as you're in the adult section. May not be as big as others or have books, but its fine by me.

I quite enjoy this library. There's lots of tables for people with computers (they also have a computer room) and multiple outlets. They have a decent variety of books and games as well. I like that they have a food and coffee/hot drink machine however their pop and water vending machine hasn't been working and has been "out of order" since the summer. It can also get quite loud when they have kids events...sometimes the screaming can be obnoxious....

Attending family story time for last couple of weekends and am absolutely amazed by the efforts and dedication. She engages children by using puppets and shakers on top of getting them to move around. Would recommend to anyone interested to attend and experience.
