I had no hot water in my shower and had to change my shower cartridge after 4 years. Had some trouble taking the old one. Nick explained things as he went. Afterwards he pointed out the root cause of the problem and made some suggestions. The price is reasonable and not at the cost of quality work.

Called Nick to come and replace a kitchen faucet, add shut-off valves beneath it, as well as replace a shut-off valve behind a toilet. Nick walked me through the entire procedure before starting to make sure I understood what would be done, completed the work quickly and cleanly, and then tested everything afterwards to ensure everything was working in proper order. Highly recommended!
