I love finding hidden treasures here!
However, clothing-wise, I dislike how the prices have increased over the last few years.
Yes, you can still find some decent stuff, but if you're only looking for fun clothes, Plato's closet is a good bet. Prices are about the same, and clothes are in general much better condition.
The good thing. This place is always packed of new goods for people who likes to recycle and bargain price. or slightly used items . The bad thing customer service lack a little bit and they don't accept exchange like other Value villages which is odd cause this policy should be accross the board .
Not a whole lot there
Location is large and the staff are very friendly. With social distancing and all it doesn't feel crowded and everything is still pretty organized too. They have a fairly large men's section with a good amount of variety as well. Although I wish the change rooms were open, I understand why they aren't and they still have their return policy too.
This Value Village so good that their goods sorts crystal clear, aisles wide, different department all easy to get. I love their book area, not so big, but have something very great, like I got one great book named "The Road to Serfdom” , the auther is Great famouse people F.A. Hayek, the version looks like from 1965 HongKong, and it's by mandarin, so lucky of me! It's truly hard to find a mandarin "The Road to Serfdom” book at this time in China now, the dictator CCP totally ban a book like this and ruin all the academies and foolish all the people there, so sad of it. People who love peace and civilization, please Never forget this book, truth in it.
