(December 21, 2019, 8:41 pm)I booked my ticket online and I missed my flight. The airline told me that they can't do anything and gave me Voyzant's contact. Voyzant told me that they are consolidators and don't sell the ticket to consumers directly. However, they found out where I bought my ticket from and helped me to get another ticket on the next flight. They could have ignored me and not do anything about it. Thanks guys for helping me out. Keep up your excellent service.
