It's actually perfect - from the founders, instructors, to the variety of classes, studio space and beyond. Their rates are really good for what they offer and as you seek to reset yourself, expect to be inspired and empowered. ? Silvana truly cares and she truly excels at what she does. Truly! Spread the word - this fitness boutique is one of a kind in the GTA!

(January 18, 2019, 10:04 pm)I have been taking classes with Silvana and her awesome Team for almost a year now. The studio is beautiful as is the location, lots of free parking! The classes are challenging and rewarding. I drive from Etobicoke to Markham if that's any indication of how much I enjoy the Yoga & Lifestyle experience. Lovely atmosphere, no judgement...I highly recommend that you check it out!
(November 29, 2017, 8:23 pm)My experience with Yoga & Lifestyle has been amazing! As somebody who is new to yoga, the teachers made me feel comfortable and never out of place. I would definitely recommend this studio to anybody who is considering taking yoga classes.
