Their rates are really good for what they offer and as you seek to reset yourself, expect to be inspired and empowered. ? Silvana truly cares and she truly excels at what she does. Truly! Great studio! Such a gem! Sweet and understanding teachers. Felt safe to express and go deep into my practice! The classes are suitable for all levels and experiences!

I have been taking classes with Silvana and her awesome Team for almost a year now. The studio is beautiful as is the location, lots of free parking! The classes are challenging and rewarding. I drive from Etobicoke to Markham if that's any indication of how much I enjoy the Yoga & Lifestyle experience. Lovely atmosphere, no judgement...I highly recommend that you check it out!
