Best sushi I'll likely ever have. Very high end. Very tasty. Presentation is exceptional. Slow paced, so you leave satisfied without feeling painfully stuffed. Expensive, but worth it.
The food and the atmosphere of this restaurant is amazing. It is little bit on the pricey side, but man i have never eaten sushi up to par with this place!! I definitely reccomend at least trying this once in your lifetime. Also the chefs there are super nice and amazing to talk to.
For anyone that’s been to Japan and has a love for sushi would understand that the temperature of the rice and fish should be perfect. The sushi rice was incredibly cold and it seemed like they were using it during a previous serving prior to us. Two separate chefs were using the same rice out of the same container. I mean it’s fine but aethetically it’s not pleasing. Also touching the rice often would mean the chemical reactions of the rice touching the skin would in fact change the flavouring of the rice. The fish felt like it was taken right out of the fridge. Normally at high end sushi restaurants, they change the rice several times during each sitting and they make sure to slice some fish in room temperature before serving. This was not the case and I had to complain to the chef that was serving me. He grabbed a handful of rice from another rice container which was also cold. I cannot stress more about the importance of sushi rice if you’re going to serve exceptional sushi at a high end place. The experience felt like more of a factory than a nice dinner. I hope they change this and take pride in what they’re doing vs just doing it (even though it gets repetitive).

Very fresh and high quality ingredients. Every dish was exquisitely prepared and well executed. The kitchen excluded meat/poultry and blue fin tuna from my order as per my request, and that did not affect the chefs' high standards a bit. My sister and brother-in-law have been long time patrons, and believe the restaurant is even better than before.
