I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I would love too. I just want to say thank you for Glenn and his amazing team. From the very beginning of my contact with them the response was quick, friendly, professional and their follow up is excellent. They did exactly what they said they would and even more (cleaning, removing old patches from the plastic parts, there was no garbage left on my property after their excellent job, all needed chemicals were added to the water!) They are very knowledgeable and professional. Would I call them again? When my liner needs replacement, I will only call DVC! P.S.: This company deserves 10 stars!

I would higher than highly recommend this company (10+). From measurement through to installation, they were quick and professional. Love my new liner and coping; Glen even arranged for the water to fill the pool. Got screwed around by Hickling Pools; then, DVC pools took over and got the job done. Couldn’t be more happy!! Thank you Glen and crew.

We left a message for Glenn, on a Sunday. He arrived at our home 2 hours later! He brought samples and gave us a quote. When we called him to confirm, his team was here early the next morning (we didn't even realize they were here; they were already working, when we spotted them, out back)! They removed the old liner, cleaned, sanded, taped, painted etc. He ordered the new liner and called as soon as he received it. Again, he and his team were here the next morning. He replaced the lights, put a new faceplate, on the skimmer and even painted inside, so it would look new, all the way through. They cleaned, they swept, they vacuumed. Even being so careful, a tiny stone was felt, under the new liner, at the edge of the stairs. Glenn took the beauty strips off, unscrewed everything and made sure that tiny thing was removed. He left the blower taped, under the liner, sucking the air out, for days! We filled our oversized inground (20' x 40') back up from our well. He taped a laminated note, to the wall of the pool, with instructions to call him, when the water reached that level. As soon as it did, he was back to wrap up the final details. At our request, he also brought us a large piece of the left-over vinyl, that we may use for other projects. Our pool has never looked better! They fit the liner right into the corners and he even recommended that they insert the liner into the top track of the coping, since we only use one slot. They did that and it covered up the lower track, which can no longer accumulate any dirt, since it is not exposed. Gave the pool a clean, sleek look. They cleaned everything up, like they had never been here and the workmen could not have been nicer guys! Seldom do you see people take pride in what they do, sign their work with excellence and complete a job when they say they're going to! If we require any future pool support, we will call D.V.C. We contacted Glen to get a quote for a new pool liner. He arrived at the time we set up, provided the quote and made suggestions on which pattern to choose. We chose one and Glen and his crew arrived when they said they would to do the installation. They were fast, efficient and tidy. He had to take our pool cover off and I still can't get over how clean and neatly folded they made it. We love our liner and couldn't be more pleased with the service. We were so pleased we referred him to a friend.
