We have a toddler and carpet throughout our home - which can be a BIG mess. Juice stains, milk stains, fruit stains, colored markers, etc. They took care of 3 areas and hallway + added on a steam clean of the sectional + extra bedroom. And they worked magic on our carpets !! price was absolutely fair.

Their staff is very responsive, skilled and friendly!! I found J & Y Rug & Carpet Cleaning through a friend and immediately called them to clean our carpets after we had our house treated for bed bugs. I was upfront with the service man about why we needed his services and he was very understanding and assured me that everything would be well treated to remove any poison residue.
