good service but pricey

In this time of pandemic, everything was done to protect the staff and the customers from the virus. As always, efficient and courteous service. Bravo!

Made an appointment for an alignment. Took roughly an hour to get it done, which is good timing. Received a printout of the before and after angles of the wheels which is nice to see the differences. I'll be bringing our second car for an alignment in the near future. Great place, friendly environment, techs do good work. For the stuff I can't do myself in the driveway I'll be bringing my car here from now on. Thanks for the excellent service!

Always great service at AE Auto +. Have trusted them for a number of years now. Andy and his staff have always been upfront and honest with me and my car continues to run great.

I have been servicing my cars with Andy, with some intervals due to international travel, since 2006. I have always received excellent service (and accurate diagnostics!) and superb advice on how to maintain and care for my vehicles. I presently live in Huntsville and still take all of my vehicles to Andy (even though it is a 2.5 hr drive one way) as Andy's shop is the one I trust. It beats any other (especially dealerships) shop by far. All the staff is very helpful and understanding and patient with me(!) as well. I am glad I have "found" AE Auto Plus. It has made my life easier, I don't worry about my vehicles as they are "under Andy's care". If something goes wrong, my family and I know who to call.
