(November 16, 2016, 2:15 am)I bought one of these heat packs from the health food store and absolutely love it! I use it myself in the morning when the house is cold and I lay it in the crib with my youngest in the evenings to help her sleeping patterns and give her a sense of comfort. We will definitely be buying more!
