  Sam was extremely helpful and diligent when he provided our estimate. Sam explained every element of the job in detail and ensured on a daily basis that the team executed to our liking. The crew did a phenomenal job!! The team arrived punctually every morning and were extremely hard workers, polite and made it very easy to be at home while the work was going on!

  We had the pleasure of being Hired By Annapolis Contracting on a project they had at a retirement Home in Brantford in the fall of 2018. This was our first project with the company and we were very pleased by their attention to detail, prompt responses and general overall care of the project.
