Balsam Spa

My First time to visit Balsam Spa, I was very impressed with the level of quality and professionalism. From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed and my entire visit was completely enjoyed. I indulged in a Relaxation massage, and the Luxurious manicure & pedicure. Miss Sheena made sure I had a wonderful experience by letting me know what to expect and making sure i felt pampered and relaxed. I will definitely return and would recommend Balsam Spa.

I went at Balsam Spa for eyebrow threading and Binal was the professional that did the service. She was amazing! She sure knows what she is doing and my eyebrows are beautiful now!
The spa is a cozy place, makes me feel so relaxed while I was there!

I had a Swedish massage, they fit me in last minute. The greeting was very nice, made it very comfortable. Excellent massage! They have lots of different services they offer and great prices. Can't wait to try others besides massage. I'm booked in already for my next visit

Balsam Spa is amazing! I went yesterday for the first time and I was immediately welcomed. They also are following covid guidelines as I had my temperature checked and had to do a questionnaire and sanitize my hands upon entering. As I was being taken back to my room, I saw how cute the spa is! It’s super clean as well. I got my eyebrows threaded and the lady who did mine (sorry I’m bad with name so I can’t remember her name) did an incredible job. It’s also super affordable which is good as I’m a student! Will definitely be coming back.

Love this spa! Clean, friendly, and relaxing. I've had multiple services done by Brandy and not one bad thing to say. She's friendly, accommodating and always just a great job. Her facials are amazing and she's always making sure you're comfortable. I would definitely encourage anyone considering this spa to go.
