I had a very good experience recently with Canco ClimateCare. My Ecobee thermostat needed replacing and Canco was able to give me options for purchasing and installing a new thermostat, along with a very fair price for doing so! Will (sales) and Quinn (installer) were very helpful along the way. Quinn got the new thermostat set up and showed me the different features, as well as getting it hooked up to my Ecobee account. A bonus was that I was able to speak with live people on the phone right from the outset - this makes a huge difference in my view!

I am more than impressed with the service I received from Canco ClimateCare. I had two Valor fireplaces (and HeatShift) installed by Canco and have had the opportunity to speak with many of Canco's team, including Nancy and Bob the owners, and can honestly say they are all extremely honest, professional and knowledgable and more than willing to help, offering reasonable solutions in a very timely manner.

The technicians that attended were polite, highly trained, very punctual and neat and took the time to explain the nuances that came with our fireplace installations. The office staff were always a pleasure to deal with, providing itemized quotes/invoices and were very efficient, providing email/telephone confirmation of all transactions.

Recently our 22 year old furnace reached a point where it could no longer be repaired. Service staff had attempted various repairs, but when it was no longer feasible, we decided to purchase a new high efficiency furnace, humidifier, filtration system, thermostat and pump. Canco applied the fees for previously installed items as a credit towards the final fee. Various options were clearly explained with full pricing included. The installation was done in a thorough. timely and professional manner. The Canco team were courteous and took time to explain the operational aspects of the various units. Communication from the Newmarket office was excellent. I highly recommend their service.

Very impressed with the professionalism, and the steps of service from all the team at Canco. Our calls with Christina were always pleasant. She was incredibly responsive in rescheduling our appointment when something came up last minute for us. The technician Michael that came for maintenance was friendly, professional, and polite. I work from home, and almost forgot he was there with how quiet he was. Super bonus when in-and-out of zoom work meetings. Thank you also to Deb who was lovely in wrapping up service. Invoicing & payment was easy to do. High fives all around!
