I want to say for anyone looking to have a surgery done with Dr. Rival, you can expect him and his team to make you feel comfortable and confident through the whole process.

I had my Septorhinoplasty surgery done five weeks ago. My experience has been amazing starting from the consultation. Dr. Rival explained the process and goal/results of the surgery. Following the surgery, I didn't experience any pain at all, only some discomfort which is expected. As long as you follow the recommendations that help with the healing process, you will have a good recovery and future result. I still have a lot of time to go for the swelling to go down, but so far I'm very happy with the results.

Dr. Rival was my first choice, and I made the right choice. His team is so supportive and accommodating. Shout out to Lyne for always being there for me to answer my questions and concerns!

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Rival last week, and so far I'm in love with my results! From the consultation, to the actual surgery, to my follow up appointments, Dr. Rival and his team are just absolutely wonderful. He has amazing bedside manner, and really knows how to make you feel comfortable when you speak to him. He made sure to listen to me and what I wanted, and he made it happen. He also made sure to answer any questions I had before and after my surgery without making me feel silly, which was really nice. He works wonders and seriously creates beautiful noses! His whole team was just SO sweet to me from start to finish, and shoutout to Lyne for being such a sweetheart this whole time as well! She has been great to speak to on the phone, through email and in person throughout this whole pandemic. Shannon has also been amazing throughout this journey with me as well, so she deserves a shoutout too! I'm SO happy that I chose Dr. Rival and his team to help me be happy with my nose, which I've wanted done for 15 years! It has been so worth it and I can't wait to come back to the office for my follow up appointment, just because the whole team makes me smile! You guys are the best rhinoplasty team a girl could have ever asked for, thank you for the fabulous experience!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Rival and his team! Dr. Rival showed great interest in what I wanted and made it happen. His team was extremely kind and made me feel at ease before and after my surgery. I also want to give a special thank you to Lynn who did such an amazing job at communicating and doing all the behind the scene work throughout the whole process!

Kind of a lengthy review but so many great things to say. First off, I’m a very anxious person and was scared of having surgery and not liking the results. Dr Rival and his entire staff are truly compassionate and patient. I had multiple consultations with Dr Rival over the years before finally making the decision to go forward with my rhinoplasty surgery last week. I am still SO swollen but am so excited to see the final results in a couple months, but I’m already blown away by his ability to give me such natural results. I picked Dr Rival based on his incredible before and after results, as well as I personally know multiple people who have had their noses done by him, all of which look amazing and natural. I had done many years of research, and despite consulting other doctors I chose Dr Rival because I found of all the doctors he was the most kind, realistic, straight forward, not pushy at all, and told me what could and could not be achieved. My before and after pictures are better than I expected.

I saw Dr Rival at the Newmarket location. The staff there are honestly amazing and provided me with so much comfort and reassurance throughout the entire process. I would like to thank Shannon, Lyne, and Franca at the Newmarket office. Shannon, you put all my anxiety at ease and made me feel so comfortable right from the beginning. You made me feel excited about something I was so nervous about and I just can’t thank you enough. Lyne, thank you for emailing me back so promptly with ALL my concerns these past couple of months. And Franca thank you for all your health teaching and follow up check up after surgery. You are all a wonderful team, I can’t thank you all enough.

Overall, I’m so happy with my results and grateful for Dr Rival’s knowledge and expertise to give me the confidence and results I have wanted my whole life. Thank you!! :)

I had my Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Rival and it has been over a month since my surgery, and I am very happy with my results! I have been dreaming of getting a Rhinoplasty since I was 12 (I'm now almost 16), and I am in love with my new nose. I had a great experience with Dr. Rival and his team, everybody was so nice and welcoming. I had a closed Rhinoplasty, and I barely had any bruising because of how gentle he is with his work. He is a great surgeon and I would highly recommend Dr. Rival.
