Mike Zali came to our home to do some drainwork. He is an extremely kind, efficient and caring individual. His workmanship is superb. Mike from Drain Jobs came to check a leak in the basement and a noisy toilet. He was very professional and informative, and provided me with advice on how to fix issues in the long term rather than simply fixing something that will break again in the near future and will have to be repaired again. He also went out of his way to check all the toilets in the house (even the ones I did not ask about) to make sure everything is working properly and to instruct me on how to use the water in the yard. He did not charge us for the inspection despite being at my house for over an hour. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and I highly recommend his services.
