Had my truck towed into the shop this morning and met Mike for the first time. There was a problem with the gear selector. Mike took the time to diagnose the problem which actually turned out to be something very simple. Ultimately saved me a lot of money out of pocket and solved the problem. We brought our honda crv in for a quote on some repairs. The technician was busy but took the time to explain his thoughts and how he was going to go through with the repair. We had been dealing with an electrical problem with our day time running lights and driver door power window. He quickly narrowed it down to the day time running light module. We were quoted by others for the same repair and told it needed to be replaced. He took it out and apart and fixed it. The power window was much of the same high cost to replace. Again found the faulty part and replaced it. He charged us two hours worth for the work. He took the time and fixed it. and in doing so saved us a lot of money.

Works on many makes and models of cars and trucks, including diesels and doesn't gouge like the dealers do.
