When Covid hit, and I had to cancel my flight, I thought my gift card would be gone forever. Flight centre has kept me up-to-date, has refunded everything, and is waiting for me to travel again.… As we all are! Everyone I have dealt with has been super professional, incredibly friendly and understanding, and I want them all to have $1 million raise!!

It was my first time making a business with the flight centre.
The Newmarket agent who helps me was amazing very professional.
After paying 3 tickets for my wife and 2 children, from Toronto to Philadelphia i will continue to deal with them.

Let me just say that I appreciated the service of booking my flight and the additional information. Erin Dougan, the representative of Flight Centre did a very good job. Most of the time I book the flights online, but will use your facility in the future.

Very responsive especially during Covid uncertain measures. Highly recommended.

I would rather book my trip through someone who would take care of all changes in case anything happens than to book through airline direct.
