  Have dealt with this clinic for several years. Friendly, of course. The big point - there is NO hard sell, in fact you are a buyer with no pressure.

  Kristen, in the from office, was welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable; and Lauren, the hearing instrument specialist, was professional, clear and very thorough in explaining the extent of my hearing loss, and how the hearing aids could compensate for it. I am extremely pleased with their service, and with the quality of the hearings aids that Lauren recommended.

  From the moment I arrived, Gail was friendly and courteous. Lauren was very informative and helped pick the right aids for my hearing loss. Would recommend this location to anyone.
