Huron Heights Apartments

Well kept grounds. Nice & quiet.

No air conditioning is a bit rough on those hot summer days. The staff here is incredible, Debbie and Gord work very hard to run the property. The lady who lived underneath us was extremely loud, always screaming and blasting music. Apparently she has been an issue for other tenants as well.

Just reading these reviews, figured I would post 1 of my own..
The people who work here do work hard, there’s no denying that, however there are definitely some flaws in this place that I can certainly agree with in some of the other reviews.
The music from certain units is definitely a problem. As I’m sitting here on a Sunday afternoon trying to watch TV, loud music is radiating from one particular unit, and I don’t even live in the same building... seems to be a constant issue. Was also woken up from 10pm to almost midnight on a weeknight, about a week ago due to the same problem. I get it, we’re all human, music is great, but not at the expense of the other people paying to live here.
There are some tenants that are different for sure, but it’s an apartment building... what do you expect? As long as they’re not bothering you, then so be it.
The apartment building is clean for the most part. At some points, it can get dirty, but that’s not only on the people that work here. It’s also up to the people who live here to keep it clean.
I haven’t personally had an issue in my unit so I cannot say how problems are dealt with, but the people who work here seem to be willing to help out. The units are pretty spacious as well.
