Kristyn assisted my boyfriend and I in purchasing our first home. From the pre-approval process Kristyn was readily available to assist us in how to better our pre-approval amount, and how to better our financial health. Navigating the housing market, mortgage requirements and legalities as a first time home buyer can be overwhelming but Kristyn’s knowledge, professionalism, approachability, and quick responses made the entire process stress free and easy to understand. Kristyn was a great mortgage broker. She was very through and helped me through each step of the process. I loved that she kept looking for the best interest rate for me and would lock me in at lower rates when the interest rate dropped. She was super helpful in the finalizing a mortgage, and as a first time home buyer she really helped me understand how mortgages work. She was readily available to answer any questions I had.
