I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND these people for your appliance service. I had a HARD TIME dealing with them. I approached them for one appliance repair (drainage issue) at the Halifax location. It was agreed to $89 for the diagnosis and discussed not to repair without asking the owner for further repair. Their technician came, and without asking the owner did the further repair and charged $180 (the price, which was almost half the cost of the appliance). The issue was just about the water drainage, and he had to clean the drainage or change the pipe; that's it. The tech had a quick look and said he would come after a few days to fix the pipe. I complained about the higher charge to the receptionist. And after that, the tech blocked my call. I called Alex (Senior Tech) in Toronto, ON, who spoke rudely with me, hung up the phone twice, and asked me to deal with the tech on my own. This was VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. All of them (Alex, the receptionist, and the tech) could hardly speak English well. I had to call more than 15 times to speak with the receptionist to connect with the tech, which happened after these many calls and waiting for about a month. This gave me a NIGHTMARE.

They are HIGHLY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, charging high prices, not giving quality, not taking responsibility for anything, disrespecting clients, and so on.

PLEASE find someone else if you want to stay out of trouble.

P.S. If you see it closely, there are spelling errors on their website too, which shows unprofessionalness.

P.S.S. If the owner of this service reads it, please take it seriously and ensure you deliver genuine service to clients and do not loot them.

Many thanks to Alex for fixing our dryer that stopped working couple of days ago!He arrived on time and quickly found the problem. The job was finished the same day. Will definitely call again!
