I have been having some problems with my eyes and was hesitating to call/go see the Optometrist as I had just been there for a full checkup at the end of February and am afraid of Covid. I was told that they could not do partial checkups due to their work to rule due to government funding. I was worried and the receptionist pulled my file and spoke to the doctor and made me feel better as I had experienced these symptoms before over the years. She even recommended different eye drops. I would highly recommend Dr. Mary Chan and her staff as being thorough and compassionate. She did not have to give me any information over the phone. I hope the Government of Canada steps up and gives the Optometrists more funding so they can do their jobs properly and safely due to this covid pandemic and the new safety measures that have to take place.

Dr. Mary Chan is an excellent optometrist! She is thorough, efficient and highly knowledgeable. I like that she is patient and answers all my questions and when she found holes in my retina she referred me right away to see an ophthalmologist and showed genuine concern for me! Her office is out of the way for me but I don’t mind the drive!

Just called never been there for my son that is having sharp eye pain and the fit him on. Awesome

Dr Chan and her team are amazing. Very thorough and answered all of my questions. I drove specifically due to a referral to see her and it was well worth it!
