Tina and Jen are miracles to this profession. They care, explain, and go beyond the call of duty to treasure their clients in this new phase of their lives, which is not so scary at all once you receive the carefully cultivated information (which is invaluable to people with sleep apnea). Met Deanna yesterday on a lunch break. She was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! She explained very quickly why I was having so much trouble over the past three months with three different masks (purchased from another store). She spent time with me to find a good fit, then told me to TRY IT BEFORE I BUY IT!!!
Huh? Never had this option at the other supplier. So happy I walked into this Newmarket gem.
