I was so glad to find East Gwillimbury Physiotherapy! Melanie has been my primary physiotherapist for over a year now. She made waiting for an inevitable hip replacement not only tolerable, but for the most part pain free and highly functional. After I had my surgery, my surgeon had suggestions of different clinics to use that he normally worked with in Toronto. I chose to stay with Melanie, thank god I did. She understood how huge this was in my life. She went above and beyond to avail herself to me. On the rare occasion that I had acute or unexpected pain (if Melanie wasnt available) her partner made herself available and she was also so helpful and just what I needed!
As a professional health care worker myself, I can honestly say that I'm so grateful to have such a well equipped, reliable, professional, and effective physiotherapy team to keep me healthy!

Over the past year and a half, I have experienced back, hip and ankle injuries, and brought each of them to EG Physio. Melanie is very professional, caring, knowledgeable and experienced. She has played an important role in my recovery! She also has a very flexible schedule and is in a great location! I highly recommend Melanie!

Melanie was kind enough to fit me in as her last appointment at the last minute when I was suffering from vestibular loss. She took her time in assessing my condition and explaining to me what was wrong. She was able to give me a more accurate diagnosis than what I had received from my physician and helped me get back to 100% very quickly. Very highly recommended!
