Just bought our second vehicle from Brian from this Dealership. Brian new exactly what we were looking for in a new van. Despite not having ANY Pacificas on the lot he was able to find the exact one we wanted and have it sent to the dealership. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Brian and his team. We will be back again :)

I purchased a Chevy Equinox from this dealership last year August. Last month the car`s engine light turned on. I brought it to the service department of New Roads GM for diagnostic and they did an awesome job repairing the vehicle at no cost. The service manager Mark made sure that the car was repaired properly and also right away arrange a rental car for me while the car was there for repair. I have purchase cars from so many dealers and I have not seen a dealership this professional. Everyone from the front desk staff to the managers always do their best to help. This is the second car that me and my family have purchased from them and always love the experience with get from this dealership. Once again I thank Mark for always helping me with the car and making sure it is fixed properly.

I recently bought my first vehicle from here back in November. The team at New Roads was incredibly courteous and explained everything to me during the whole process. They made sure I felt comfortable and took my time in purchasing a vehicle that I wanted without feeling pressured. I dealt with a sales representative named Sam who made the whole process incredibly easy. The vehicle I choose ended up having one minor cosmetic detail that unless you're looking for it would not have been found. When I brought it to their attention shortly after purchasing the vehicle they promptly rectified the issue and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. Having dealt with the management team, sales team, and service department I can safely say that all around this dealership will look after any client they have.
