The folks that came to my place of business were performing routine maintenance of our walk-in units and our reach-in units. They were shown to the equipment and they worked away efficiently. It was routine maintenance and didn't expect much to happen. But upon work completion, they went over the list of work that they've done, and performed minor repair work on-the-spot (with approval), and wrote up work notes that were then forwarded to my facilities manager. Overall appreciate the professionalism, but even more, I appreciated the feedback at the end of the visit - what to watch for, what was working fine, and what wasn't. I also brought up issues from a past visit - the reps were aware of the issues and recommended further fixes as well. Thanks for the visit, always appreciate the professionalism!

Optimal Air has been amazing! They've taken on multiple large HVAC projects for my office in the last few months, and I have no complaints. They provided fast and affordable service, the technician's were always so wonderful to deal with and so patient with my millions of questions. Would give 6 stars if I could :)

We use Optimal Air for every one of our sites. Very knowledgeable technicians. Quick response time which is great when your AC goes down on the hottest day in the summer.

Best part is their transparency. They are able to explain everything in detail so you have an understanding of what happened, why it happened, what they are doing to fix it and if there was something you could have done to have prevented the problem from occurring in the first place.

Optimal Air Solutions technicians are professional, punctual and very knowledgeable in their work. They’re very respectful of the environment they are in and really put in an effort to try to accommodate to our schedules.
