Had concern the underspray wasn’t working, left a message for the manager and got a call from the owner. That’s service!!
He assured me to the best of his knowledge it was working, he was through it yesterday. He also offered a run-down of the protocol involved when a customer bring to their attention a potential problem. I was impressed with their checks and balances.
They are going to make sure it is working, call me to advise, and I will continue to drive from Mount Albert there for the best wash system I have ever used.
