Pik-Kwik

I love going into this store. The gentleman who operates the postal counter is friendly, personable and has a killer sense of humour. I wish more store owners in the area were like him. They could learn a lot!

Richard is an outstanding business owner and a very dedicated individual. He and his family do a wonderful job serving their customers. I deal a lot with Richard for postal service and have never had any problems. We need more businesses with the same dedication.

This convenience store is really quite lovely. They're always polite, kind, and when I first moved to the area and started to frequent this convenience store, I had asked if he had any lactose-free milk. He didn't have any on hand, but after I asked about it, and he realized I was lactose intolerant, he promised to make sure he kept some on hand for me. :) Same thing went for sugar-free energy drinks, as the sugar ones give me a tummy ache! If he didn't have it, and you needed or wanted it, he made sure to have it on hand for his customers and make sure you were happy! After coming in to collect my packages, he even knows me by name, and always asks how I'm doing. This is my favourite convenience store in Newmarket. :)
